My grandmother Constance Bernard, one of the grand master cooks in our family had a way of saying things that brought the point home, and made you remember what she wanted you to know.  One of her sayings "If you don't sing your own praises, than you don't know good music" is one that I quote often.  Those praises carry a lot of encouragement and inspiration when they come from others who genuinely want to express their appreciation.  

You will find us referred to as "Christen's Gourmet Pralines," for that is our parent name for the business.
